Hugo traveled across America as well as Pago Pago in the American Samoa. He would delve into many Careers in his life such as trying to be a competitor in the early ready-to-eat breakfast cereal game, as well as being the Justice of the peace in Fort Collins, Co. He would also serve as a judge.

William R. Kelly (1883-1981) was a lawyer who worked in Greeley, Co for more than 60. Kelly specialized in water law. He was one of the main people responsible for the 1937 Water Conservancy District Act, which later turned into the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District. He would also later become the president of the Colorado Bar Association.
