Who We Look For

Our ideal team members are:

• Book lovers with a deep appreciation for literature across genres.
• Detail-oriented and able to price and sort books with care.
• Customer-focused with a knack for recommending great reads.
• Self-motivated and reliable, capable of handling retail responsibilities.
• Comfortable in a retail environment, including occasional heavy lifting (boxes of books aren’t light!).

Collaborate with Us as a Brand Ambassador!

Are you a social media creator who loves books? We’re launching a new collaboration opportunity where bookish influencers can receive a free new book of their choice each month in exchange for a post, review, or creative content featuring the book and our bookstore.

Who Can Apply?

We’re looking for:
✔️ Micro-influencers with 1,000+ followers on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube.
✔️ A strong engagement rate (3-5%+ preferred).
✔️ Active content creators who post about books, reading, or related topics at least twice a month.
✔️ Creators who post high-quality, visually appealing content (no blurry photos!).
✔️ Individuals who genuinely love books and want to share them with their audience.

What’s Expected?

📌 One post per book (within two weeks of receiving it).
📌 Tag @MidnightOilBookstore and use the hashtags (#MidnightOilReads and #DiscoverGreeley).
📌 Include original thoughts—not just a picture, but why you’re excited about the book!
