This summer, readers in 9th grade through adulthood can join the academy as a Dragon Strong Ambassador—a paid level of the Dragon Strong Reading Academy that keeps the program free for kids across Northern Colorado.
Here’s how it works:

Get your Ambassador Reading Log and starter dragon beginning Friday the 13th (June)

First round requires you to read a novella or longer (150 pages)
- Return your log for your next dragon and reading log
- Final round requires you to read a novel or longer (160 pages plus) and fill out a review.

Return your log to claim your final dragon
Why it matters:
Each Ambassador covers their own dragon and helps sponsor three K–8 readers—fueling the next generation of literacy warriors.
