Trader Vic known for his bartending skills, restaurant chain of the same name. As well as recognized as creating the Mai Tai cocktail, (though this is often debated between Trader Vic, and Donn Beach.)
The book itself is a foundational text for not only exotic cocktails, but the "Tiki Movement" seen in bars and restaurants.
